Have you ever seen those instagram girls with a sneak peak of their stomach and a piece of their calvin underwear showing?
Those pictures give me life and I want feel that happy in my skin, body and underwear that the people hashtaging #Mycalvin. The confidence they have is so sexy.
On a different note:
Calvin Klein are using the best marketing technique in the world they are doing just enough ads to still be relevant but they are a succesfull brand thanks to the word of mouth or in modern days the power of social media. They have people taking hot pictures in their calvins doing all the promoting for them, it's very much like The Yacht Week. Yacht week has such impressive marketing skills and tools.

It feels like my whole body has been awaken from a long winter slumber like a bear.
Right now I'm in so much pain and ache haha, but it's a good ache.
So my first meeting with my personal trainer felt great! Motivating, inspiring and having someone who tells you what to do is so more effective than trying to figure it out on your own.
So far so good!
Other than that I started of the day with a meeting and later working in our office (Inkubator) at Ideon in Lund. There are so many exciting paths for entrepreneurs in Lund.

Can you afford a personal trainer? Louis Vuitton bag?
Sunday, November 01, 2015
The answer is most probably - YES!
Do you have a budget? Or do you just shop a little here and there.
A lot of the time if I want something I just buy it, if I want to have a coca cola I will buy one instead of saving that money for something else.
If you have the same issue there is a big chance that you can afford that special Louis Vuitton handbag or that personal trainer.
You just have to start thinking on where you put your money.
If its really hard for you to imagine where you put your money - pay with only cash for a week.
Then you can have a daily amount of cash in you wallet for each day and you will see how quickly those money can disappear to small nick nacks.
I made a picture on how you can afford the monthly price of personal trainer with appointments two times a week if you don't spend the money on stuff like coca cola, random blouse from H&M and fast food.

There are so many blogs out there about personal training from the personal trainers perspective so I thought it would be fun to write my experience of it.
My personal trainer works at the gym where I am a member Fitness 24/7 so we will be training there, on our first meeting we talked about goals, previous workout experience, injuries and food preference and much more. We also did some balance test etc.
After that we discussed about how many meetings to book and we booked 26 since for me this is a longterm lifestyle. I'm so sick of being healthy crazy on month and a slouch potato the next month - I need someone who is keeping an eye on me and someone I will feel ashamed towards if I fuck up.
So excited for the rest of this year what this will bring.

What better way to explore than by foot?
Yesterday I had lunch at Zuma restaurant in Knightsbridge, so here is a little review.
It's located in Knightsbridge just around the corner from Harrods.
You are greeted buy two lovely girls, one will take your coat away and the other one will find your table for you.
I waitress will tell you the recommendations if you ask for it and then you will get a warm towel to freshen up your hands.
It's an open kitchen which I love since it becomes a nice view, especially if you are having lunch alone like I was.
Drink:
Zuma Bellini - Fresh and sweet drink.
Moscat d'asti - I normally enjoy a moscat d'asti but this one was just not that interesting.
Food:
California rolls - Exciting flavors served with wasabi and soy.
Sea bass - Served with lemon and a spicy tomato mix.
Fruit platter with guava sorbet - Lovely but way to big it felt more like a size for four people.
70 pound
It was such a nice meal and I truly recommend it.
Borough Market - Perfect for a walk before lunch when it's less crowded |

I have found my ultimate dream bedroom at Instagram.
I love nice hotel bedrooms, Clarion hotel always have really nice bed frames and decor.
This picture is the ultimate mix of a normal bedroom and the sophistication of a hotel bedroom.
So now I'm in the decision to buy a new bed frame for my small 120 bed or simply buy a new big bed with included bed frame.

Ever found yourself drowning in clutter?
I'm certainly are so now I'm turning my home to a minimalist one.
I'm following the books "The stylist minimalist wardrobe" "7 Day declutter bootcamp" written by Vanessa Johnsson.
When you build a capsule wardrobe you need to narrow your color scheme. The colors I will be having in my wardrobe are (white) grey, beige, muted pink, army green, brown and black.
You can choose one random accent color that does not really go with anything to feel less limited, for me that color are hot pink. It just looks great with my blue eyes to have on a blazer for example.

Corals + Cognacs posted a beautiful packinglist -Link to her blog |
It's funny one would think that if you have been away for 18 hotel nights a month for six months your packing skills would be a killer by now but they are in fact not. If you are like my I strongly recommend you to search on pinteret for a what to pack list, pinterest have such cute and practical lists for the non motivated packer. I'm so excited for my two upcoming days, I will be spending one day in Wroclaw in Polen and one in Trondheim Norway. I have never been to Polen before so I might be packing my DSLR camera and take som pictures on the streets of Wroclaw. xoxo |
Today I booked my flight tickets for the The Yacht Week Cocktail Party on October 23:rd.
I got so excited and I immediately started to think of my must have accessories to take with me.
1.) Victoria Secret Passport Cover: Protect your passport from damage and be chic at the same time.
2.) Michael Kors Sunglasses: I enjoy the sleek look of the aviator Michael Kors sunglasses I own, they dress up a dull outfit and help you out the morning after a long night at the club.
3.) Dior Lipstick: I keep my lips moisturized and fresh looking with a pinch of pink on my lips with this pink lipstick from Dior.
4.) Dolce Gabbana Desire perfume: This perfume are as beautiful to look at as it is smelling amazing.
5.) Tiamo Heels: I enjoy my new pair of Tiamo shoes, I might make art of them since they already kind of are.

I'm in Trondheim Norway right now, I was listening to a nice song and I was thinking of happy travel memories. I have so many of them.
One of them is from when I was working in Croatia and I had badly injured my leg and I was on my way to the hospital. I was taking a ferry from one island to the mainland. In the ferry office a couple could recognize that I was in pain and just came to my rescue helping me carrying my bags.
When we were on board I thanked them for helping but they insisted on further helping me. This beautiful young woman called Laura insisted on her boyfriend driving me on his motorcycle to the hospital.
When you travel you meet so many amazing people.
So my number one travel tip is, take a moment, look around, ask the person next to you where he/she is going and why. It's such an easy question and you can get the most interesting conversations.
Yesterday I asked a lady who she was knitting for -"Not for just one person but many, I knit blankets for babies who are born to early and I send it for them to Africa".
Lieseloth one of my favorite people here on this little planet called earth. I met her while traveling. |
Today I woke up in beautiful Stavanger - Norway.
What I prefer about Sweden and Denmark is that we have more gluten free options in kiosks and a like. I had to buy five bananas since I couldn't find a salad insight.
We went into Stavanger town to take a ferry around the Lysefjord. It was very pretty but oh so cold!
Sadly we weren't dressed properly enough to take the hike up to Preikestolen but we did se it from the cruise.

Tonight I have some more Results With Lucy to do and I do have to mention that this is my favorite Results With Lucy so far. Every ten minutes I burn at least 100 calories - ohhh yeah the burn in the butt today haha.
So I today I came home from a short trip to Norway, just one night stop which was quite nice.
I first flew up yesterday as not active crew so I sat buy the window and I was amazed on how beautiful Bergen is.
I would say that Bergen has been my favorite view so far from up in the clouds.
I kicked of my day with avocados, cashew nuts, bananas and citrus fruit. I was so energized for my active flight to Ã…lesund. It was such a fun day, I hadn't worked on ATR (propeller plane) for some weeks so it was fun to make a change from Boeing 737. I love how my schedules have a mix of the two different planes.
Back at the hotel I headed straight to the restaurant and the waitress at Clarion was lovely, she was so understanding of my paleo needs.
This morning I made an lovely salad from the breakfast buffet and after that I decided to try a new workout video on youtube.
It was only a twenty minutes long workout video but after only ten minutes I had to stop.. My abs felt like they were going to explode. Wow!!
Right now every little tiny move of my body is feeling like crazy pain in the abs. I will definitely try to finish the workout on Sunday (after my abs muscles has recovered a bit) but until then I will stick to leg and arm workout.
This was the video that I'm talking about: Advanced Total Abs Workout
And here is my favorite arm workout: Favorite Fun Arm Workout

So I never thought I would be strong enough to order a salad instead of an burger four in the morning after a night out.
My friends were so supportive and said that they were proud of me, and yes their burgers smelled amazing but I was quite satisfied with my salad.
Who would have known?
At the moment I have now started the Result With Lucy express programme. So far I enjoy it, it claims to shrink you a dressing size so fingers cross.
So yesterday I drank non whole30 and no Paleo alcohol. I never drink on the day time only on weekends nights but still I do wonder if my body would look even greater by now If I stopped doing that.
Other than that I'm still Paleo! I loved the whole30 experiment and I'm still going strong.
Today I made a little brunch meal from left overs.
It's been a month of the whole30 experience and I have now realised how bad I was feeling before.
I guess I was so used to feeling crappy that I didn't know I felt crappy.
I have come to realise this since I now feel amazing.
Not constantly tired, sugar crazy cravings or moodiness.
Now at the gym I feel like I can run forever, at the office I feel I can accomplish so much more and at home I want to get up and do stuff!
I feel so light in both body and mind.
Like a fog cleared.
I lost 2 kg but best of all - I lost 10 cm of my waist.
10 cm! So exciting.
So what now? Will I continue?
I will for sure continue not eating gluten, processed food, added sugar but I will eat cheese sometimes. Other than the cheese thing - It's going to be all paleo.
Yay!!!!!! Today I tried a pair of boots that has been collecting dust in the closet since they got to small for me and now they fit!! That must mean that I have lost some weight on my legs.
So exciting!!
Yesterday the Practical Paleo book finally arrived to my door and inspired of an zucchini recipe I made an carrot omelette with egg and coconut flour in it. To the side I serrano and truffles salami with a salad.
So I haven't written for a few days but I will sure write about those days soon. Today I have eaten a wonderful salad from a restaurant called Härlig Pasta. I kindly asked them to not have any creamy sauce or parmesan on top which they did not. Instead they had some olive oil on top to the red onion, cherry tomato, ruccola and the serrano ham.
So My post earlier today was about yesterday.
Today I ate an delicious beef pre made paleo meal.
I ordered Practical Paleo, Living Paleo For Dummies and Real Life Paleo a week ago and I want them to arrive now. I feel that I need some more inspiration, I'm very interested in the meal plans in the Practical Paleo book. I will for sure review them as I read them.
I Today I made the delicious smoothie.
The green spinach that I posted about earlier is still my favorite but I do like this one to a lot.
It's raspberries, mango, green spinach all that good stuff in it. You can see yourself on the picture.
I topped it of with sliced strawberries and sprinkled coconut flakes.
Cravings:
I want a mcdonalds hamburger so bad! Even though I know how bad the ingredients are I still just want myself a big cheese burger. God I love cheese.
Results:
I feel that my pants are getting looser! So exciting, I feel more happy and energized. That's more worth than any hamburger.
Hotel breakfast and airplane food.
My recomendations.
So for the hotel breakfast buffet I eat a lot of watermelon, banana, pineapple (take a banana with you so you have a snack later on the day) and egg. If they have bacon ask if it's been fried in olive oil and ask if it's possible to know if it's been added sugar to it.
If they have salad to sandwiches I eat that with a slice of tomato just like it is.
Remember to ask if the juice is 100% fruit juice. If it is - go ahead and drink.
Don't forget to not sweeten your coffe or to have milk in it, I know it's hard but you can make it.
On the airplane what to eat and drink on paleo:
The juice if it's a 100%
You should be drinking to glases of water every 30 minutes, otherwise you will feel a bit hungover the day after.
To the airplane food the often have sauces, skip it. I'm sure they have sugar in it, scrape it of if it has been added already.
If it's possible write to the airline and say that you have allergies in a head of time, that way you will get food that is no problem.
They sell cashew nuts, go nuts on those.
Cashew nuts have magnesium in it so eat it only when you wanna stay up once magnesium gives energy. For example if you are travelling to a far away contry with time difference eat it to stay awake so that you will instead sleep on location were it is night.
More tips like these in the future when I'm a more experienced cabin crew.
So today at lunch I ate avocado, egg, salami, sherry tomatoes with a salad. Such a quick easy whole30 lunch (and yummy).
So I stuck to the whole30 expect for two cans of cola zero. I feel disappointed in my self but I can only look forward. I also cheated and took one bite of a nutrilett bar. I used to love nutrilett bar's but omg it tasted so chemical. My taste palette is really changing and want fresh food. I'm proud that I stopped eating after that one bite.
I think some people can do the whole30 without cheating and I think that is great but I'm not one of those people.
So today I have been working a short flight and now I'm heading of to Jönköping hotel.
I'm already excited for the hotel breakfast buffet tomorrow with fresh squizeed orange juice and other goodies.
Today I have eaten a paleo salad to breakfast and to lunch I ate a salad with serrano. It was lovely.
Cravings today has been moderate, I do miss some stuff but I'm stronger than the cravings.
