So I stuck to the whole30 expect for two cans of cola zero. I feel disappointed in my self but I can only look forward. I also cheated and took one bite of a nutrilett bar. I used to love nutrilett bar's but omg it tasted so chemical. My taste palette is really changing and want fresh food. I'm proud that I stopped eating after that one bite.
I think some people can do the whole30 without cheating and I think that is great but I'm not one of those people.
So today I have been working a short flight and now I'm heading of to Jönköping hotel.
I'm already excited for the hotel breakfast buffet tomorrow with fresh squizeed orange juice and other goodies.
Today I have eaten a paleo salad to breakfast and to lunch I ate a salad with serrano. It was lovely.
Cravings today has been moderate, I do miss some stuff but I'm stronger than the cravings.
So today I did some spring cleaning, you know really dust and such. I notice that whenever I have a phase or being healthy I'm always more into cleaning, working and having a social life.
Whenever I'm in a big fast food phase I just want to watch tv and be a potato sack.
So I wonder why I tend to slip of my healthy phase when they give me so much more joy in life?
I guess a person really can be addicted to sugar and bad fats which give you an equally bad input on your life as other addicting objects.
Anyway so today I made an omelette with red onion, garlic, dried ham (the struggle to find one with out scary E-numbers in a low price store was nearly impossible), parsnip cubes, carrot cubes and basil seasoning. I made a lot of it so I ate it both for breakfast and lunch.
Something new I added today was; Smaller plates, they make it easier for me not to overeat.
Cravings update:
Other than missing cheese, latte and being able to buy a sandwich on the go I'm doing okay.
I think it is because last week I already started to slow down all my bad habits.
Question to self, Is really Joe and the Juice or do they ad sugar in the drinks? I really have to figure this out before I get to addicted to their juices. Banana, elder berry and passion fruit juice I'm talking about you.

I also had some dried apples with me and Oh it was so yummy!! If your local food store sell them and you are on a paleo or whole30 diet buy it. But dont forget to check if its dried safe and doesn't have added sugar to it or soy.
When I came home I had some fried bacon, carrot cubes, parsnip cubes with some garlic and red onion in a big salad. It was perfect!
Im actually going to post about how to eat healthy in the air one of the days I have some time.
After work we headed over to eat at Joe and the Juice and had an banana, passion fruit and elder berry juice. It was divine, I know I should have less juices and stuff but I have to be realistic with this program it was either that or a sandwich so a juice it was. Its hard to find stuff on the go, that is a real struggle with paleo but maybe more options will come in the future.
Hopefully

So guys finally I have something exciting to blog about.
I have a new job as cabin crew with base in Copenhagen and with this new beginning I want to
change my lifestyle to one more healthier.
I'm kickstarting it with the Whole30 program which will change the way you look at food.
You will get a healthier perspective and look at food as nutrition and not just something you put in your mouth to feel good for a five minutes fix (yes I'm talking about your weakness, mine is salty sticks).
So for this 30 days to really succeed I'm going to document each day here.
Day 1
I made the best smoothie ever! It tasted like an wonderful summer day.
I really think the added peeled lime made all the difference.
