| I love my yoga mat from Casell, it's perfect for bringing with you to your nearest green spot for all your workouts. |

| I follow the bikini bootcamp that Julia Fors and Sofi Fahrman have made. |

| 
I follow the weight watchers diet and eat a maximum of 26 point a day. |
