So it is 30 days left to june and I'm all in with my fitness!


I use the Gorilla iphone app to workout a bit extra everyday.
I watch Casseys videos, also called blogilates. She has a great app as well. 



I use fitbit flex to keep me in check, 10-12k of walking a day is a must.

I love my yoga mat from Casell, it's perfect for bringing with you to your nearest green spot for all your workouts. 

 I follow the bikini bootcamp that Julia Fors and Sofi Fahrman have made.

I follow the weight watchers diet and eat a maximum of 26 point a day.
